Big parties flayed

BHAKTAPUR: Prem Suwal, chief of the foreign department of the Nepal Workers’ and Peasants’ Party (NWPP), on Thursday said the martyrs’ dreams were being shattered in the country as the big political parties were giving protection to the persons who were guilty of suppressing the popular movements in the past. Speaking at a ceremony to mark the 59th National Democracy Day organised by the Nepal Revolutionary Farmers’ Association in Bhaktapur, he said that martyrs’ dream could be realised only if the economic status of the working class people was upgraded. — HNS
