Kathmandu: The Nepal Indigenous Nationality Students Federation today padlocked the offices of Tribhuvan University vice-chancellor, rector, registrar and the TU Service Commission, demanding 45 per cent quota for teachers belonging to indigenous groups. Issuing a memorandum to the TU Service Commission today, NINSF claimed that the university had violated the Interim Constitution, ignored national policy of the government to make all sectors of the country inclusive and to ensure 45 per cent quota for indigenous nationalities for the posts of lecturer recently advertised by the Public Service Commission.
