Report okayed

KATHMANDU: The central committee meeting of the CPN-UML on Friday approved the political report presented by party general secretary Jhala Nath Khanal. Suggestions of the central committee members were incorporated in the report. The meeting had wrapped up discussions on the report on Thursday. During the meeting, some central committee members had accused the party leadership of failing to move the party in the right direction. The meeting is scheduled to be held on Saturday as well. Members of the central committee will discuss the party structure and responsibilities of central leaders, a party statement said. — HNS
