KATHMANDU: Capital saw two explosions near Bir Hosptial and Jamal on Wednesday afternoon. Police were not sure about the intensity of the explosions. Persons riding pillion on motorcycles threw bags that exploded with loud sound. — HNS

Deuba’s call

KATHMANDU: Former Prime Minister and leader of the NC leader Sher Bahadur Deuba has requested one and all to vote without fear. He said on Wednesday that the Nepalis have got a chance to establish people’s sovereignty after 58 years. — RSS

KATHMANDU: Journalists and observers can enter vote counting centres, the Office of the Chief Returning Officer said . Only two representatives from each media or observers’ organisations will be allowed to enter the centres after showing passes. — RSS
