IN BRIEF
Pedestrians beware!
KATHMANDU: For the first time, the traffic police will introduce a rule to penalise the pedestrians violating traffic rules. “Pedestrians who break the rules will be given a lecture on traffic rules for four hours. Vendors encroaching the overhead bridges and pavements will also be removed to make way for the walkers,” SSP Bhishma Prasai said. — HNS
