KATHMANDU: The new working committee of Transparency International-Nepal (TIN) has been formed under the chairmanship of Damodar Prasad Gautam. Ram Krishna Manadhar (Sneha Sayami), Leela Pathak and Ananda Raj Mulmi have been elected to the posts of vice-chairman, general secretary and treasurer of the committee, a statement said. — RSS

Rain water harvest

KATHMANDU: An orientation training on rain water harvesting technology was provided to the office bearers of Kathmandu Metropolitan city, the member of the Risheswor Club and residents of Teku. The training was provided as per the agreement of the KMC and the Non Government Organisation Forum for Urban Drinking Water and Sanitation. Some 25 people participated in the training. — RSS
