Blast at VDC building

KATHMANDU: An explosion rocked the Mahankal Village Development Committee (VDC) office at Golfutar on Wednesday evening. The blast, which took place at 6.30 pm, has damaged the office building, police said. No one has been arrested in connection with the blast. — HNS
