Priests robbed

BHAKTAPUR: A group of unidentified persons on Monday night stole property worth Rs 350,000 from a house of the priests of Swoyambhunath temple at Bode, Bhaktapur. According to police, the thieves made away with cash and valuables from the house when the priests were sleeping. In another case, a group of four persons looted Rs 250,000 from priests Deuma and Bal Sundar Awak and commoners Shyam Sundar Shrestha, Bibek Shrestha and Sulochana Shrestha at the same location at around 9 pm.
