The Mentally Retarded (MR) Welfare Organisation is organising a three-day programme from September 17 to 19 in various spots of Kathmandu to mark the mark fifth Mentally Retarded Day. On September 17, various products made by MR students from schools of the Valley and Kavre will be displayed at Bhimsen Gola, Kathmandu. — HNS
