Kathmandu: PM Surya Bahadur Thapa has renewed his commitment to constitute an all-party government to ensure early elections. BHAKTAPUR: Twenty-six persons donated blood at an open blood donation programme organised on Tuesday at the premises of Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital for the benefit of helpless and poor patients.
