KATHMANDU: An Indian youth who was injured after being hit by a car at the vehicle workshop he was working for, died during treatment in Kathmandu.

The 24-year-old Sapan Adhikari from Silliguri of India was injured by the car of Indraman Shrestha (Ba 3 Cha 4124) at the Ranibari-based workshop yesterday.

He was undergoing treatment at the Basundhara-based Green City Hospital.

Meanwhile, police impounded the vehicle and arrested the driver for further investigation.
