KATHMANDU, OCTOBER 8
Kathmandu Metropolitan City has started the campaign to vaccinate people aged 18 years and above with the first dose of Vero cell Covid-19 vaccine from today.
The vaccination campaign to administer the first jab will last until October 10 for three days.
For the purpose, the metropolis has established a vaccination booth in all 32 wards along with five additional vaccine centres -- Nepal Police Hospital, Bir Hospital, Civil Service Hospital, Paropakar Hospital and Birendra Military Hospital.
The metropolis has urged all eligible persons to visit vaccination centres with identity cards containing photos along with the registration card or registration number received after providing details in the website www.vaccine.mohp.gov.np.
The immunisation programme will begin at 10:00 am and will end at 4:00 pm every day.
