Kathmandu Valley to face power cut today

KATHMANDU: The denizens of Kathmandu Valley would face power outage throughout the day at some areas today.

The electricity supply will be disrupted as the NEA officials are pulling up electricity poles as part of road expansion and traffic management, the Nepal Electricity Authority was quoted in the Rastriya Samachar Samiti as saying.

The power supply would be disrupted in the areas that fall under the Maharajgung-based distribution centre including Tokha Road, Gangalal, Neuro Hospital, Samakhusi Chowk, Tokha bazaar, Chakrapath Chowk, Dhapasi and Basundhara.
