King Gyanendra today graced a reception organised on the occasion of his 59th auspicious birthday by Speaker and Chairman of the Auspicious Birthday Celebration Committee Taranath Ranabhat at Singha Durbar. Queen Komal and other members of the royal family were also present at the function. The King on the occasion granted audience to the chiefs of the foreign diplomatic missions. The King also granted collective audience to other distinguished persons present there.
