Minister for Youth, Labour and Employment Ramji Yadav has said the government would intensify efforts to control fraud and cheating in the foreign employment sector.
Responding to lawmakers' queries in the House of Representatives on Wednesday, Minister Yadav said the government would take effective measures by strictly implementing existing laws and institutional mechanisms.
He acknowledged that complaints related to foreign employment fraud were still being received and said the ministry was also considering amendments to existing laws and regulations to address the problem more effectively.
