KATHMANDU: Police have nabbed a man for raping a woman in Sanepa of Lalitpur on Wednesday.

The suspect has been identified as Om Giri (30), currently residing in Sanepa. Giri is a permanent resident of Pantaar of Hetaunda-1 in Makawanpur district.

He was arrested after the 20-year-old woman lodged a report against him for raping her in a storehouse of scrap goods.

Police said investigation into the case is underway.
