KATHMANDU: Fourteen CA members from various parties, in order to know about the effects of climate change are leaving for Jomsom, tomorrow. “The mountains are more vulnerable to climate change and knowing about the locals’ perspective on climate change is very much pertinent,” said Sunil Babu Pant, a CA member.

The team will interact with the locals and learn the methods they have adopted to respond to the effects of climate change. “We’ve already visited Chitwan in the Tarai and Jomsom from the hills is another destination,” added Pant.
