Live bullets and bullet shells were found in a heap of garbage at Mhepi, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-26, on Friday.

Police said eight rounds of live bullets and six bullet shells were found at a local garbage collection site. Officials had reached the scene after a garbage collector reported the police about the bullets found in garbage heap.

Police said an investigation was launched to establish who threw the live bullets and bullet shells there.
