KATHMANDU: A man from Sindhuli district has been robbed of cash Rs 241,000 by an unidentified gang of three persons in Gaushala of Kathmandu on Wednesday.

Police said Gopal Bahadur Khatri was walking near the Baba Batika School in Tilganga after withdrawing money from the a money exchange centre in Gaushala.

Meanwhile, the robbers fled the scene. Police said they have launched an investigation into the case.
