KATHMANDU: A person died after he fell from an under-construction building at Galchhitol in Kirtipur Municipality-2 of Katmandu district on Tuesday.

The deceased has been identified as Suman Singh (19) of Kalikatar in Kailash Rural Municipality-3 of Makawanpur district.

Singh, a labourer in the house belonging to Narayan Maharjan sustained critical injuries after he fell from the third storey yesterday, according to  police.

The injured was rushed to the Balkhu-based Vayodha Hospital where he breathed his last during the course of treatment, informed police.

Meanwhile, the investigation into the case is underway, said police.
