KATHMANDU: CPN-Maoist submitted a memorandum to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Sunday noon, putting forth 11-point demand. A delegation led by CPN-Maoist Chairman Mohan Baidya met PM Oli at his official residence at Baluwatar in the capital and demanded that the issues raised by the agitating Madhes-based parties should be resolved soon. The party has also demanded that the government expedite earthquake relief and rehabilitation efforts. In response, PM Oli assured of resolving political problems soon, according to Baidya. The delegation included CPN-Maoist leaders Pampha Bhusal, CP Gajurel, Hitman Shakya, Basanta Sigdel and Hari Bhakta Kandel among others.
