KATHMANDU: Minister for Education, Science and Technology Girirajmani Pokharel and Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Wu Hong on Tuesday discussed educational collaboration between the two countries.

Minister Pokharel thanked the Chinese government for providing scholarship to Nepali students and financial support for reconstruction of quake-damaged schools. He also said Nepal expected support for the education sector during Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli’s visit to China in near future.

Envoy Wu said the Chinese government was ready to support the government. — HNS
