KATHMANDU: Police said three persons have been arrested on charge of attacking a youth with a sharp weapon, with the intension of robbing the latter's mobile set, on Wednesday.

Rajesh Shrestha (19) along with two friends attacked Utkrishta Tuladhar (19) of Mahabouddha of the Capital, with the sharp weapon and took away his mobile set, police said.

Meanwhile, police arrested Shrestha, a native of Katakuti VDC in Dolakha district, currently residing in Battu, KMC-24.

Police said the attackers were arrested along with a SIM card and a mobile set.

Police said they are looking into the case.
