KATHMANDU, MAY 28

Kathmandu Don Bosco College (KDBC), a leading educational institution in Management Studies in Nepal, and IMC University, a prestigious Applied Science College based in Austria, have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a strategic partnership in the field of research and study.

The MOU signing ceremony occurred on 27 May 2023 at KDBC Seminar Hall.

Under this partnership, both parties aim to promote academic and cultural exchanges, facilitate faculty and student mobility, and foster collaborative research initiatives. The agreement will enable both institutions to leverage their respective strengths and expertise, creating diverse opportunities for educational communities in both countries.

The MOU was jointly signed by Prof. Heinz Boyer of IMC University and Kapil Dev Regmi Director of KDBC. The signing ceremony was facilitated by Rashmi Sharma Mainali Director/Principal of KDBC.

Prof Boyer emphasized on building collaboration with Nepalese Institutions to be able to exchange students and allow them the opportunity to explore and exploit the learning opportunities of both Austria and Nepal.

They expressed their shared vision for promoting cross-cultural understanding, enhancing educational standards, and strengthening the academic landscape through this partnership.
