KATHMANDU: The Metropolitan Police Circle Balaju on Monday arrested a man for his alleged involvement in the murder of Bikram Bahadur Budha (31) of Sunikot VDC-6, Bajhang, on December 25.

The murder suspect has been identified as Kuber Bahadur Bam (30) from the same VDC of Bajhang and is said to be an amaldar (corporal) of the Nepali Army.

He was currently undergoing training at Chhauni, Kathmandu.

Police had launched an investigation after Budha’s body was found in Mahadev Khola, Nepaltar.
