NC expresses concern over continuous fall of share market
KATHMANDU: The main opposition party, Nepali Congress, held a discussion on the continuous fall of the share market for the past few days, in its central committee meeting today.
The NC also drew serious attention of the government towards it, saying the left alliance had promised a 10 per cent economic growth rate while forming the government.
At the meeting, NC central member Bhishmaraj Aangdambe argued that the continuous fall of share value in the share market was a matter of concern at a time when a favourable political environment had been built after holding local, provincial and federal parliamentary elections.
In today's election review meeting, Gyanendra Bahadur Karki, Ramesh Rijal, Aangdambe and Mahendra Yadav expressed their views, said NC Spokesperson, Bishwa Prakash Sharma.
A total of 38 CC members have put forth their views till today in the meeting that began on March 23. The meeting will again take place at 11:00 am on Friday.
