Nepali Congress President Deuba off to India
KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba left for India on Friday to attend a programme organised by the India Foundation.
Deuba will fly to Goa from New Delhi today itself where the programme is going to be held, said Deuba’s personal secretary Bhanu Deuba.
The former Prime Minister is also scheduled to meet former Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, President of the Bharatiya Janata Party Amit Shah and President of the Congress I Soniya Gandhi among other Indian leaders in New Delhi after attending the event in Goa.
Leader Deuba will return home on November 8.
