KATHMANDU: Nepal HIV/AIDS Alliance (NEHA) has expressed outrage at the misuse of the fund provided by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria in the country. A press statement issued by NEHA mentioned that the aid should have been spent as per the policy of the Fund by forming Country Coordination Mechanism (CCM). But without the decision of the health ministry, the health secretary formed a 33-member CCM and maintained no transparency
