KATHMANDU: Chairman of the Constituent Assembly (CA) Subas Chandra Nembang on Tuesday urged CA members to speed up the constitution drafting process as, according to him, all basis and drafts of the new statute were ready.

“Thematic committees have already submitted concept papers and drafts to the CA and discussions have also been held. All those drafts need to be integrated and the new constitution needs to be prepared now,” he said.
