Kathmandu, September 21:

On the occasion of the 57th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, Nepal China Society on Thursday hosted a reception at Hotel De l’ Annapurna. Ram Babu Tiwari, president of the society, said China and Nepal have had a long bilateral relationship in the past and it is expected to grow stronger in the years to come. Ambassadors, ministers, the chief justice and other high-ranking officials were the inviteess in the ceremony. The society has been celebrating the day every year since the past three years.
