KATHMANDU: The fourth general convention of Nepal Tarun Dal, the youth wing of Nepali Congress, has been scheduled for September 9-11.

At a news conference organised here today, it was informed that the recent meeting of the Nepal Tarun Dal decided to hold the general convention on September 9 following the decision of first meeting of the Central Working Committee of the Nepali Congress.

The Tarun Dal has also formed different committees to hold the general convention successfully.

On the occasion, Taraun Dal President Udaya Shumsher Rana blamed the government for dillydallying to carry out reconstruction task and its alleged involvement in black marketing.

He added that his organisation would launch agitation against it.
