Nepali Congress CWC meeting on Monday
KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress has called a meeting of its Central Working Committee on Monday morning.
According to a statement issued by the party's central office, the meeting will be held at Prime Minister Sushil Koirala's official residence in Baluwatar at 9 am on Monday.
The CWC is expected to hold discussion on the new developments in and political situation of the country.
Nepal's new Constitution is being promulgated tomorrow through the final meeting of the Constituent Assembly and Prime Minister Koirala is scheduled to fly to New York on Wednesday, leading the Nepali delegation to United Nations General Assembly.
The new session of Legislature-Parliament will hold election of new prime minister as per the provisions in Nepal's Constitution 2072 after Koirala returns home from the US.
