Kathmandu, March 5:

A National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) team, which was scheduled to fly to Bhairahawa today, returned from the Tribhuvan International Airport after security forces prevented one of its members from entering the airport.Sushil Pyakurel, member of NHRC, was stopped at the check-point, saying Pyakurel had “no permission to go out”, Dr Gaurishanker Lal Das, an NHRC member said.
