KATHMANDU: Norwegian envoy to Nepal Thor Gislesen called on UCPN-Maoist vice chairman Dr Baburam Bhattarai at the latter’s residence in Shantinagar on Wednesday morning.

It has been learnt that the envoy expressed his concerns on the ongoing peace and constitution drafting processes.
