KATHMANDU: Students affiliated to Nepal Students' Union, a student wing of the Nepali Congress, on Tuesday protested in front of the Tri-Chandra campus over the attack on one of their colleagues on Monday evening.

Vehicular movement was obstructed momentarily owing to the protest. Students demanded stern action against the culprits who attacked their colleague Birendra Giri with a sharp weapon. Students even torched a micro bus during the protest.
