Kathmandu, July 31:

The Central Joint Struggle Committee of Nepal Telecom Company Ltd today announced the second phase of stir. Demanding immediate resumption of mobile phone services, the committee has announced to launch the second phase of the stir from tomorrow. The employees will gherao the managing director of the compay from 11 to 12 every morning from tomorrow. Tomorrow, the staffers plan to gherao the MD from 11:00 to 12:00 in the morning. The time of the gherao will increase by an hour every day from Wednesday.

The programme would last till next Tuesday.
