Lalitpur: President of the Nepal Backward Class Federation, Bharat Prasad Mahato, has urged the government to form a separate academy of Other Backward Class for the preservation and promotion of their language and culture, Maghai. Mahato demanded 33 per cent reservation in all sectors. —HNS
