Lalitpur, May 12:

The ceiling of the Health Section of the Civil Servants’ Record Office collapsed on Saturday night in Lalitpur.

The building, which houses the record office, National Library and the Office of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), was constructed in Pulchowk around 92 years ago.

After the collapse, head of the record office Sudha Neupane urged the government to construct a building for the office in another location.
