KATHMANDU: A person has been arrested in possession of undeclared gold jewellery from the parking lot of Tribhuvan International Airport on Wednesday.

The arrested has been identified as Ram Udgar Mandal (25) of Janak Nandani-5 in Dhanusha District.

Acting on a tip-off, police seized 2 gold bangles weighing about 100 grams from Mandal who had received them from passengers.

Further investigation into the case is underway, said police.
