KATHMANDU: Police arrested a person on the charge of possessing illegal drugs at Nagdhunga in Kathmandu on Sunday morning.

The accused has been identified as Nripa Kumar Sah (22) of Bahodaramai Municipality in Parsa district.

Sah was arrested with 900 ampules of drugs in the course of checking a bus (Ba 4 Kha 6596) en route from Birgunj to Kathmandu in which Sah was travelling on, informed Sector Chief Keshav Raj Bhatta, at the Metropolitan Police Sector, Nagdhunga.

Sah has been sent to the Metropolitan Police Circle, Thankot for further investigations into the case.
