KATHMANDU: The Public Account Committee of the Legislature-Parliament on Tuesday decided to summon attorneys, saying that those involved in the gold smuggling were set free without being punished. The PAC meeting said those arrested at different times for smuggling gold were not grilled properly. PAC Chairman Janardan Sharma said anyone involved in smuggling cannot be set free without being punished.
