KATHMANDU: Professional Alliance for Peace and Democracy (PAPAD) has urged the government and protesting parties to seek a solution to disputed constitutional issues through dialogue. Issuing a press statement today, PAPAD also urged the protesting political parties to carry out their protest programmes peacefully. The organization also urged the political forces to address the concerns of disgruntled groups.
