KATHMANDU: A group of unidentified persons on Sunday hurled a petrol bomb at a parked jeep of a Department of Water Supply and Sewerage official.

The jeep (Ba 1 Cha 6942) being used by the Department’s Senior Divisional Engineer Sudarshan Bhandari was attacked while it was parked at Basanta Nagar, Balaju, KMC-16.

The vehicle’s headlight was broken, police said.
