The Parliamentary Hearing Committee has unanimously endorsed Toyam Raya, to the post of Auditor General.
Committee Chairperson Pashupati Shumsher JB Rana said proposed Raya was unanimously approved for the position of the Auditor General.
Presenting the 15-page action plan, Raya expressed commitment to carry out activities to reduce arrears.
A meeting of the Constitutional Council held on March 31 had recommended Raya for the position of Auditor General.
