In conversation with THT, Ambassador Goder said, "Chaudhary is recovering physically but mentally he has been terrorised. This is going to take a long time."
He further said, "I just returned from a meeting with Dhan Bahadur Chaudhay, a survivor of Hamas massacre in Kibbutz Alumim. Dhan had a miracle save, but it was shocking to hear his story. He described the inhuman brutality and cruelty of the terrorists. I wish Dhan Bahadur full recovery. We will meet again and we will do the level best to promote together the values of humanity and tolerance."
Dhan Bahadur Chaudhary is one of the survivors of the Hamas attack in Kibbutz Alumim, Israel.Chaudhary hails from Tikapur Municipality-9, Kailali. He was hospitalised in Israel after receiving severe injuries.Of the four Nepalis who were injured in the attack, two returned with Foreign Minister NP Saud along with 253 students. However, two of them are still receiving treatment at an Israeli hospital.
Earlier, 18 Nepali students were rescued from Israel on an Indian Aircraft, according to MoFA.Similarly, out of 10 Nepalis who were killed in the attack, the bodies of five will be arriving in Nepal in a few days, according to the Israeli Ambassador.
People from 41 nations have been kidnapped by Hamas. A Nepali student, Bipin Joshi, has also been taken hostage by Hamas. According to Bipin's friends, he was taken captive by the Hamas terrorist group with two-three Thais. His friends said Bipin had saved the lives of 17 people, including six from the farm where he worked by throwing a grenade that had been hurled into his Bunker.
Bipin and other students had gone to Israel under the 'learn and earn' programme of the government. However, just after a month in Israel, a brutal war broke out between Israel and Palestine after Hamas attacked Israel mercilessly from the air, ground, and water.
Over thousands of innocent civilians have been killed in both the countries. People have become homeless as war is turning deadly and unstoppable. The world has also been divided into two groups as some have taken Israel's stand while Muslim countries are supporting Palestine.
