During the zero hour, CPN-UML lawmaker Khagaraj Adhikari urged the speaker to list millennium challenge corporation agreement signed with United States of America in the House of Representatives business so that it could be discussed and put to the vote.
He said attempts were being made to make the MCC agreement as a bargaining chip for ascending to power.
He demanded that the MCC agreement be included in the HoR business list immediately.
