PM Nepal criticises Maoists
KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal on Saturday asked the UCPN-Maoist to join the national consensus government letting the Legislature Parliament run its business smoothly. Speaking at a tea party organised by the central committee of the CPN-UML in Kathmandu, PM Nepal also criticised the UCPN-Maoist saying that the party was trying to disrupt constitution writing process. “The Maoists has been taking the House its captive to make the CA insignificant,” Nepal added. Claiming that the President’s move on the issue of Chief of Army Staff was constitutional, Nepal asked all parties to hold discussion for the establishment of civilian supremacy. Civilian
