Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has extended his best wishes to all Nepali citizens on the occasion of the Ubhauli festival.
Taking to social media, he expressed hope that the celebration would serve as an inspiration to foster mutual goodwill, unity, and prosperity.
"Today marks Chandi Poornima, the Ubhauli festival. Heartfelt best wishes to all Nepalis, including members of the Kirant community, on the occasion of Ubhauli 2082 BS," the Prime Minister wrote.
He noted that Ubhauli, a festival that reflects the harmony between nature and climate in Nepal's agrarian society, offers an opportunity to express gratitude for our traditions, culture, and the natural cycle.
