PM Oli to meet Indian counterpart Modi today

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to meet his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi on Saturday.

He will hold an official meeting on matters of mutual interest with the Indian Prime Minister in Hyderabad House at 12 noon.

Similarly, PM Oli will call on Indian President Pranab Mukherjee at 7 pm today.

The Prime Minister will also meet Indian Minister for External Affairs Sushma Swaraj and Minister of Home Affairs Rajnath Singh today itself.

Prime Minister Oli, who embarked on a six day visit leading a jumbo delegation, landed in New Delhi on Friday late afternoon.

The prime Minister started his state visit to India with an aim to mend fences that had soured since the promulgation of new constitution last year.
