Polarisation among parties to help unite nationalist forces: Thapa

KATHMANDU: Rastriya Prajatantra Party Chairman Kamal Thapa has said that the nationalist forces would become united with the polarisation between the parties in the upcoming House of Representatives and State Assemblies elections.

Addressing a programme organised by his party in the Capital today, Thapa also opined that the growing polarisation among the parties would minimise the increasing foreign interference in the country thereby protecting the nationality.

He stated that his party would take part in the elections after forging electoral alliance with other parties sharing the same political principles.

The RPP Chair called for a referendum alongside the upcoming elections slated on November 26 and December 7 on reviving Nepal as a Hindu state.

He shared that the party would organise various programmes in the Kathmandu Valley on October 9 in support of a Hindu state.
